Key Tax Deadlines for 2024:
• August 15, 2024: First quarterly GST/HST installment payment due.
• September 15, 2024: Quarterly tax installment payment due.
• September 30, 2024: Corporate tax filing deadline for March 31 year-end.
• December 15, 2024: Final quarterly tax installment payment due.
• January 31, 2025: Final deadline for 2024 tax payments if not paid by installments.

Question, has anyone else received a notification that their business page is being deleted? I keep receiving messages, but they have typos and spelling mistakes, so I have ignored them. Should I be concerned?

Anne Martyn is retiring! Her last day will be Wednesday, July 31st.

Anne started with Numbers almost 16 years ago, and has been the "face" that greets you when you walk through the door ever since. She has worked hard to make us as successful as we can be, and has a relationship with many of our customers. She has also willingly gone along with all kinds of things we've done as a team, sometimes when she thought the idea was a bit crazy!

She has been an important part of our team, and added a lot to our lives, sometimes in ways we didn't even realize. I'm sure we will know shortly how much she did for us, as we will be aware of all the things she isn't doing.

Please stop in on the 31st to let her know you will miss her. We certainly will.

A member of our team, Cheryl Ann Swanson, passed away in Abbotsford on Friday, July 12th, 2024. Cheryl Ann joined us in July 2017 as a bookkeeper. During her time here she completed a certificate program at UFV, and we were very proud of her when she walked across the stage.

She eventually became the bookkeeping supervisor, and took that role very seriously. She constantly looked at ways to encourage the other members of our staff, speak into their lives in a positive way, and help anyone that needed it. She was very soft spoken, and always kind. And she loved memes!

Cheryl Ann liked to travel, and when she did she always sent postcards to the office! I have a number of postcards she sent to brighten our day while she was away.

Cheryl Ann was diagnosed in May with cancer, and unfortunately died due to complications while in hospital. There will be no service at her request.

Cheryl Ann was very camera shy, but we did manage to get one or two pictures of her.

She will be missed.

Casual Friday. You have to have a sense of humour to work here.

Well tomorrow is the last day our office is open before Christmas. If you want/need some of bill mcmillan's handiwork for last minute gifts come see us.
