👌We are currently working to reconfigure the studio space to provide a larger more open studio to make better use of the space and allow for “social distancing” during your classes (and hold larger classes).

Mental health is currently a huge topic all over the city and province. Life is throwing us some curve balls that we haven't encountered before and maintaining a healthy mind is your biggest asset right now. Keeping your mind healthy impacts your overall wellness. What do you do to keep a your mind healthy?

As a health and wellness coach I recommend daily check ins with yourself. Assess and make a list every morning of what you hope to accomplish with work, family and down time. It all matters! A sense of accomplishment and crossing something off your list will boost productivity and motivation. Let alone the structure will help you keep a healthy mind ❤
