Grandma’s Chocolate Cake cookie 😋. Growing up we spent Sunday evenings at my grandparents house with aunts, uncles and cousins and it was always so much fun! I don’t think grandma ever sat down- she was constantly putting more food on the table, including her delicious chocolate cake with vanilla icing and coconut, which everyone loved (except my brother who hated coconut, so grandma would leave one row without for him). In honour of her birthday a few weeks ago I shared these cookies with my parents, siblings and their families so we could all enjoy and share some memories of Grandma 🥰
