‘MOONRISE OVER LAKE’

It’s the unconscious, limiting beliefs we have about ourselves, others and the world that keeps us from connecting with who we really are and creating our lives as empowered and unique, sovereign beings.

The former is an externally referenced perspective adopted from our past conditioning tethering us to thoughts and feelings unrelated to the present and the latter is a state of innocence whereby we see ourselves, others and the world from a fresh perspective of being present in the moment, free from conditioned reactions.

To know the difference we must ask ourselves, and be willing to listen to, the distorted messages that our unconscious is really giving us, so that we may consciously affirm what we really want instead.

Full moon energy supports discerning the cobwebs of the past so that we may choose to respond authentically and with clarity to present circumstances guided by our divine intuition and creative genius.

‘Dove of Peace’

Peace is not the absence of war. It is a presence, just as love is a presence.
Peace is an aspect of love and as such is everywhere present and has no opposite.

'Archangel of Protection'

Archangels are great and powerful cosmic beings. We can receive their assistance if we align ourselves with the truth of our own empowered natures. If we see ourselves as victims, begging for help, we are not affirming the truth they would have us see...

Lapis lazuli is a stone of truth and the butterfly represents transformation and freedom.

The transforming power of truth will set us free and so this mandala speaks to what is especially needed in these times of ‘confinement’ that affects us on so many levels.

It is a reminder to keep the sacred truth of who we really are uppermost in our consciousness, bringing that powerful expression into physical manifestation to serve a world in peril.

It will heal and uplift you on its way to blessing and healing others.
Just as negative thoughts and feelings stamp their discordant energies upon our own bodies wreaking havoc in our physical system, conversely, positive thoughts and feelings energize and align our physical bodies for optimum health.
Our thoughts are continually creating either harmony or disharmony in ourselves and others.
Let your light shine and be the love that you are and a blessing to the world.

‘Ascension’
We are in a time of ascension now, a cosmic push that will dramatically assist our evolution, en-masse and as individuals.
It is co-creative so we must do our part to take full advantage of this current ascension wave. We can do this by aligning, as best we can, with our true selves and keeping our vibration high with thoughts of love and kindness.
Forgiveness is the key to raising our vibration and connecting with the light of Divine love that knows not judgement and will lead us unto our freedom…

Butterflies symbolize freedom and transformation. From the lowly, crawling, earth-bound caterpillar to the majestic free-flying beautiful butterfly we can find inspiration and embrace our own magnificent potential.

To Heal the Body we must Heal the Mind

• Thoughts that are out of accord with who we are as beings of love (negative thinking) and their associated negative emotions, have a detrimental effect on the body.
• When we are ill at ease the physical body reflects that dis-ease.

Our Nature is Love

• We are radiant beings of love and light.
• That's why when we have thoughts and feelings that are negative and contrary to love, we feel bad.
• All negative emotions are produced by fear at some level.
• Fear is the absence of love. Love is still present but its expression is being blocked. Essentially, then, negative thinking causes your authentic expression to be blocked by fear.

Divine Love is the Greatest Power in the Universe

• Divine love heals all. Since it is the highest vibration, it transmutes all.
• Divine love heals the physical body by bringing our thoughts and feelings back into accord with our true nature which is love.
• When unobstructed it will transmute anything that is not in alignment with itself.

Divine Love – The Master Healer

• The task of the healer is to be a clear channel for Divine Love - to be surrendered and centered in the heart.
• The vibration of the recipient is raised by Divine love which transmutes all manner of negative thinking and the accompanying negative emotions.
• In this high vibration of peace and love the body is assisted to restore balance and heal itself.

As I walked along a lakeside path, the other day, my head was swarming with a myriad of questions: "What is my unique contribution?" "How can I make money doing what I love?" "Why am I so stuck in playing out limiting patterns of beliefs?" "How am I putting up a barrier to Universal abundance?" "How can I drop that barrier and be truly receptive?"
