2. Eat water-rich foods like fruits and vegetables to help supplement your hydration levels. Foods like watermelon, cucumber, and strawberries are not only delicious but also contain a high water content that can contribute to your overall hydration.

Movement is incredibly beneficial for our joints. When we engage in physical activity and exercise, we are essentially providing our joints with the opportunity to lubricate themselves and maintain their flexibility. Regular movement helps to strengthen the muscles surrounding the joints, which in turn provides added support and stability. Additionally, movement can help to improve circulation, which is essential for delivering nutrients and oxygen to the joints. Overall, incorporating movement into our daily routine can have a positive impact on joint health and mobility. Get moving!!!

Soft Braces are made from flexible materials such as neoprene, elastic, or fabric.
Often designed with adjustable straps or closures for a customized fit. They provide mild to moderate support and allow for a greater range of motion compared to rigid braces.
Soft braces are ideal for minor injuries, mild sprains, strains, and inflammation and are
suitable for individuals with chronic conditions requiring ongoing support without limiting mobility.
Rigid braces are made from hard, non-flexible materials such as plastic, metal, or carbon fiber.
They typically includes adjustable straps or pads for a secure and precise fitand provides strong support and stabilization. Rigid braces significantly restrict movement to protect and immobilize the affected area. They are used to prevent further injury by limiting the range of motion and are
recommended for severe injuries, fractures, post-surgical recovery, or conditions requiring immobilization.

Osgood-Schlatter disease is a common condition among adolescents, especially those who are active in sports or physical activities. It results in pain and swelling below the knee.
This condition is more common in boys than girls, and typically occurs during growth spurts when bones are growing at a faster rate than muscles and tendons. The repetitive stress and tension placed on the growth plate can lead to irritation and inflammation, causing discomfort and pain.
Treatment for Osgood-Schlatter disease usually involves rest, ice, compression, and elevation to reduce inflammation and pain. Physical therapy and stretching exercises may also be recommended to help strengthen the muscles around the knee and improve flexibility. In severe cases, a knee brace or immobilization may be necessary to allow the area to heal properly.
OSTEOARTHRITIS (OA) OF THE THUMB This is the most common cause of thumb base pain. OA occurs when the cartilage at the ends of bones wears down over time, leading to pain, stiffness, and swelling.
If you are having an OA flare in your thumb a brace can help rest the area, decrease pain and swelling. Check out a good brace for thumb OA here: https://buff.ly/3QG4Keg
Patellar tendonitis, also known as jumper's knee, is a common condition characterized by inflammation of the patellar tendon, which connects the kneecap (patella) to the shinbone (tibia). It is often caused by overuse or repetitive strain on the tendon, leading to pain, swelling, and stiffness in the knee. The GENUTRAIN knee brace helps relieve the strain on the patellar tendon!
