Today we received the most unexpected and heartwarming phone call that we wanted to share. Saturday afternoon, a gentleman came in for the first time looking for a haircut. He was told it would be a 15-20 minute wait and we offered a coffee while he waited - he declined because he said it stunted his growth 😂. Shortly after, he made his way over to Betty's station, cracked a few more jokes, chatted about little details of their lives, and left with a great haircut.

Fast forward to today - this man's Mom called with so many amazing compliments and to thank us for the "wonderful service" he received from the moment he came in. She explained that he was not treated so nicely in other places, and was then directed toward us, and that he left feeling so good. This funny, kind, quick-witted man uses a wheelchair to get around.

We can say with confidence that it doesn't matter which staff member greeted him or cut his hair, it would have been the same treatment for him or any other client who comes through our door. We are so proud and honoured to have Betty and all of our other staff who make our team what it is!
