On my walk this morning it was hot & humid, so I was also sweaty. Everything the bugs love! 🦟 I was definitely bothered by them and got more than a few bites. 😩 I’m not going to sacrifice a good outdoor movement morning because of bugs though. To get outside and enjoy the sunshine, fresh air and summer, stop into the store for your essentials! Luckily I had all of this at home already, I just have to remember to use it before I’m already 4km into a walk. 😂 A short time later though, our Skin Soothing Ointment has done the trick and I’m no longer itchy and burning.
