now that you’ve had a second, let us show you how it’s done. we take russet potatoes, cut them in-house daily, and triple cook them until golden brown. when they’re done we sprinkle them with some salt. that’s it, really. it’s that simple to be this delicious.

Well, we’ve finally outgrown this space so in the pursuit of burger redemption, we’re moving our OG location down the street.
