Brad and Beth Armstrong from Russia, Ohio recently started Strong Coat Flooring Solutions to satisfy epoxy flooring needs in both residential and commercial capacities. We use commercial grade epoxy and a polyaspartic top coat which is UV resistant and 20 times strong than any epoxy.
