Our Foundational Perfect Skating Program kicks off October 29th!

This program is a yearly must for all on-ice athletes! Athletes are put through a series of isometric platforms designed to focus on joint mobility, joint stability and whole body alignment all while adding the performance gains of speed and agility.

FOUNDATIONS OF SPEED & MOVEMENT - Position Specific Training for Forward and Defence Players

Join us Friday evenings in July and August for this highly requested, 6 week progressive program!

Times: FORWARD PROGRAM : 5-6pm | DEFENCE PROGRAM : 6-7pm

Athlete Spotlight - Heidi Knoll 🌟

Heidi is a longtime Perfect Skating client and has trained with us in the Ottawa area for over a decade. She played her minor hockey for the Nepean Wildcats before committing to play for Syracuse University. She is a great ambassador for our brand and now works for us part-time as an on-ice movement coach in the off-season.

Athlete Spotlight - Cameron Butler 🌟

Cameron has been a longtime PS client of over 10 years. He played 4 seasons in the OHL splitting his time between Peterborough, Niagara and then finishing with the Oshawa Generals. At the end of last season he signed his ELC with the . The 6’4 winger has spent the majority of this season with AHL affiliate but most recently got his first call up to the show! He’s continued to impress early in his pro career and we can’t wait to see what’s next!

Athlete Spotlight - Sean McGurn 🌟

The former London Knights captain and OHL standout made huge headlines as his undefeated UNB Reds won the USports National Championship going a perfect 38-0. Sean had a great rookie season putting up 29 points (9 goals and 20 assists) in 30 games. The longtime PS client has been a pleasure to work with over the years and has developed into a great two way player!

This program is a yearly must for elite level athletes that are looking to produce quality on-ice movement. Designed to focus on joint mobility, joint stability and whole body alignment, the Perfect Skating Program is built for athletes who are looking restore movement efficiency while adding the performance gains of increased speed and agility.

Program Start Date: Saturday May 18th
Program End Date: Saturday June 15th
Location: Allandale Rec Centre, Barrie

U9-U11 : 8:00am-9:00am
U12-U16 : 9:00am-10:00am

🚨PRE-TRYOUT PROGRAMS🚨

Our Perfect Skating Pre-Tryout Programs are designed for athletes who are currently trying out or looking to try out at the rep level. These programs will give athletes the necessary skills and confidence needed to be able to showcase their abilities to coaches during spring tryouts. Players will be put through a series of drills that will emulate a typical tryout session as well as complete Perfect Skating platforms to strengthen specific areas and increase their skill level.

We have 3 programs available for each age group : U10-U12 and U13-U16

Join us weekends in Barrie or evenings in Innisfil for the Pre-Tryout Program of your choice!

Another great PA Day in the books! A huge thank you to our special guest Darren Haydar for joining us for this mornings Body Contact Clinic! What an awesome group of athletes we had out today 🙌🏻🏒

We are excited to have former Pro hockey player, one of the best AHL players of all time and a former teammate of Coach Brads, Darren Haydar join us for tomorrows Body Contact Clinic!

Darren will be joining our athletes on the ice and afterwards speaking to them about how he adapted his game to include body contact which propelled his hockey career.
