This queen was only concerned with her side breakage and wanted to fill the gaps, so we used 2 bundles of 14” nanos to fill it in for her.

She just has the sides done and with the left over pieces I put just one row in the back to use them up.

I seriously am so blessed and grateful to have the best team of ladies ever to help run beauty haus queens!

The goal here is to give you ladies the best hair possible while being safe with our hair extension method and having fun.

We don’t take things too seriously here and love to joke around 😂 and we are a judgement-free catty-free zone!

I remember going to hair salons feeling out of place or like the girls talked behind my back about me..not here! We won’t have it 👊🏻

We all specialize in nano hair extensions and take pride in installing them safe and properly for you queens so your natural hair will thrive while wearing extensions. We are always trying to bring new things in as well, like wavy/curl extensions and mesh integration that is a solution for women struggling with hair loss.

This is us and our nano sets!

Your hair can last a long time queens if you take care of it! BUT colour does play a part in longevity, not gonna lie.

Blondes do not have more fun in the extension world. Due to processing and the things you need to do to keep it the right blonde tone, they simply just will not last as long as a jet black set… NOW that being said, they can still give you a good run though! Anywhere from 10months- 1.5 years depending on what you are doing to them.

Also, your height matters in where they will sit on your bodies, I showed you queens what we all are wearing and our heights.. is my little shorty and her 18” set looks like a 22” set on her lol

Just wanted to give you examples using us to show longevity and length vs height 😘

‼️THIS PRODUCT IS A MUST HAVE ‼️

If you use all the right things like masks, hair oils, heat protectants but your hair is still lacking, vibrancy or health..you may be overlooking this one product queens!

🫧 CLARIFYING SHAMPOO 🫧

clarifying shampoo is good for everyone not just people with extensions, it’s a type of deep cleansing shampoo that is designed to remove excess product buildup, dirt, oils, and even overuse of toners or purple shampoos.

Using a clarifying shampoo will also help your scalp health because if your scalp is clogged with lots of oil dirt and products, how can your hair grow and thrive properly?

It’s also great for people who have oily hair because it will help you not have to wash as often.

How Do You Know When Your Hair Needs Clarifying?

🫧Your hair looks and feels greasy, even after you wash it

🫧Your hair feels heavy or sticky

🫧Your hair is difficult to style or hold a style

🫧Your scalp is itchy or flaky

🫧Your hair looks dull or lifeless

How to use it and how often:

Just replace your regular shampoo that day for a clarifying one, focus on your scalp and roots.

You should only do this once or twice a month!

Also, it’s a great idea to do this before you get hair extensions installed and before your maintenance appointments as it will help get all the product off your hair and you will have less extension slippage!

We carry undo goo clarifying shampoo here which is totally safe for extensions and will not strip your colour queens 💜 $25+tax

Hair is your biggest accessory!

Take fashion queen for instance.. she knows fashion and how to style herself.. BUT her hair.. it completes her looks and she doesn’t feel complete without it! 💜 she’s been with us for almost 3 years now and can’t go back!

Bundles: 6
Length: 24”
Thickness: 1.2g strands
Colour: pure cocoa and chard earth

Extensions DON’T have to be for super long length!
Take this client for example, we cut her extensions to approx 16” to give her a bit of length and more fullness. This is where she was comfortable with her hair sitting.

We also only used 2 bundles, she could have worn more but sometimes we opt to go on the lighter side with new clients so they can ease into it and see how they even like having extensions in the first place!

Using less bundles will only work if your hair will allow for it to blend properly though. Someone was super thick hair not only wear two bundles. So keep that in mind!

This was a very natural subtle change for this queen, which is exactly what she was looking for 💜👏🏼

Sometimes social media only shows all the good and not so much of the bad or true reality of things. By no means am I complaining, in fact I’m so friggin grateful. But I think it’s always best to keep it real. I am just a person trying to navigate running a busy business while being a mom, wife, friend and it’s hard sometimes!

There’s so much more at play than what you see here not just for me, but for EVERYONE on social media.

Some of my struggles as a business owner are:

I battle with the guilt of being a full time working mom.
I battle with sometimes doubting my own abilities.

It’s that time of the year again, hair shedding season! And as much as we love the transition into Spring, here is what you need to keep in mind if you rock hair extensions like we do!

During these initial months of Spring and Fall, our hair tends to naturally shed more than usual. While it’s totally normal, it can mean needing an earlier maintenance appointment or even some more extension slippage.

Now, you might be curious about why this shedding happens, right? Well, let us break it down for you. On average we shed around 100 hairs a day. But when the weather gets a bit more tempered, that number can skyrocket to over 150.

Our hair takes a little vacay in the Telogen phase during Summer and then goes into full-on shedding mode (aka the Exogen phase) come Spring and Fall.

So, embrace the shedding season, queens! It’s just a natural part of the hair cycle! 💜

✨ EFFECTIVE APRIL 1ST ✨

Hi queens 💜
Effective April 1st 2024, this will be the new pricing moving forward here at beauty extension haus.

We all know that the cost of everything has gone up including all my services I use and need to run this business and with that we have to raise our prices as well to meet the economic inflation.

I always try to keep it as fair as possible my queens as I want you all to be able to still have beautiful hair!

One thing I changed the structure of was removals:
Moving forward, if you have 3.5 bundles or less it’s $65 and 4 bundles and up is $95 .. we used to just charge one flat price for everyone but I do think this is better as it’s based on how much you have in!

Service fees on cards we have always charged because if we didn’t, we would have to raise everything even more! Giving you the option to chose to pay this way with the service fee or to get cash to avoid any fee is better in our opinion that way everything can still stay down as best in possible in price 💜

AFTERPAY I think is a new awesome option as well! This lets you pay 4 payments over 6 weeks instead of a full chunk all at once. This does cost more to use though as it has a 6.5% fee but still can be very helpful for those that may not have the initial full payment for new hair on hand.

The hair we use here is amazing quality Slavic hair and the bundles are 25g each, some places the bundles are 20g and clients don’t really know that they are getting less hair!

A FREE in person or virtual consult is the first step to getting an accurate quote queens as everyone’s head needs a different amount hair.

Let’s talk about thin ends after you remove your extensions that you’ve been wearing for a long period of time!

First off, once you remove extensions..automatically your brain will scream “MY HAIR IS THINNER!!”
This is totally normal because you were wearing a lot more hair for a while and got used to that thickness and density.

It’s the same when you first get them in and your brain goes “THIS IS ALOT MORE HAIR!”

If you wear extensions for a long period of time like this client I used in the photo, we tend to see ends like hers. They look thin and kinda scraggly, this is totally normal but clients may sometimes stress that their hair is damaged.

Is it? No!
It just means you need a good trimming that you haven’t had in a long long time. If we cut where the dotted line is, her hair would like nice and healthy and has in fact grown lots from the first before photo I have.

Without regular trims this is what it can look like after removal. Also we tend to style and brush a lot more right where our ends of our natural hair is and the extensions begin so they take the brunt of all that.

As long as your hair density it good up in the root area, there’s nothing to be concerned about my queens! Just need a nice hair cut and you’re good to go!

Being a mom is hard. Especially in the new baby phase we can lose ourselves because we have to give it all to our babies and household.

I know this all too well so I loveeee when I get to help out a new mama that’s just starting to take back some of her self identity again and doing things for herself!

Nanos are GREAT for postpartum hair too! They are so gentle and lightweight and we can get quite close to help fill in the areas that tend to shed around the hairline after a baby.

Today I’m 8 years sober from alcohol..

I would legit have NOTHING that I have today if it wasn’t for this decision I made this day… and of course it happens to be a day that only lands every 4 years 😂 I’m just that special right? 🙄🤦🏻‍♀️

As someone who grew up watching alcoholism consume their mother, you’d think I’d know better.. but it doesn’t work like that… I spent all of my teenage years and most of my 20s consumed myself.

One day something gave me a moment of clarity to recognize my own bu****it and to take the steps to change it and thank god that happened.

My life only began once I stopped drinking. All the best things have come to me in my sobriety and I’m so so grateful everyday to be able to live my life like this.

This business came from the confidence that I started to get after I got sober and started healing me.

👉🏻 if it’s approved, we move forward with install!

👉🏻 you will pay your balance in 4 payments spread out over 6 weeks

*A small fee will be added to your invoice as afterpay charges a fee to use.. this is still wayyy cheaper than interest on any credit card

Well, we all know that times are a little tough right now in the economy and sometimes we just don’t have that little chunk of cash to shell out, BUT being able to pay it in instalments may be way easier than a lump sum.
