Who doesn’t love a classic herringbone pattern. These beautiful onyx tiles from Anatolia are the perfect touch for a little wow factor at this entry. We can’t forget to mention the skill and patience it takes to set these tiles just right. Way-to-go guys!

Structural work is all done! Steel beam is in! Temp walls are out and new footing and column in basement. Kitchen windows doubled in size and patio slider was adjusted to suit new cabinet layout.

What a big difference! So bright and open. This work opens the kitchen up to the dining room and allows for a big island. Up next, scraping the stucco ceilings, adjusting pot lights, building some bulkheads, and then the finishing can begin.

Custom carpentry makes this once uninspired builder gas insert the star of the room. The simplicity of the shiplap creates an elegant frame for tv or art and the herringbone mosaics add a touch of whimsy and texture.

Note: walls are painted BM “Grey Mist” and fireplace BM “Simply White”. Floors are Torlys “Brighton Hill” designer vinyl planks

Working on a townhouse refresh for repeat clients. The crew laid new luxury vinyl floors from Torlys. Colour is one of my favourites “Brighton Hill”. They matched the stain for the oak stairs perfectly. Eye is in the details. The fireplace got a little makeover too. Once the tiles go in tomorrow, I’ll give you a peak 😉!
