Sometimes, the easiest way to help your clients is to spend time getting to know them. It’s not just their , it’s their likes and dislikes when it comes to the aesthetics of a house (both inside and out) and with regards to the layout and location of neighbourhoods. And it’s easier to visualize living in a particular neighbourhood, the distance to schools, amenities, etc., when you actually drive around with them. So, today I’m spending time with a new client doing just that to get a better sense of what her family are looking for. But first, Starbucks!
