It is with profound sadness that we must inform you that Doug Marshall, CIP passed away yesterday March 27, 2024, with pancreatic cancer. Doug spent 40 years in the insurance industry as a successful broker. He was a very dedicated broker who was always a strong advocate for his clients. He was a brother to Will, a father to Tiffany and an uncle to Colin and Stacy who will continue to share that same work ethic here at WMIB.
Doug started in the insurance industry in 1967 and became part of Will Marshall Insurance Brokers Ltd. in 1992. He was one of the most honest individuals we ever knew or worked with. He passed very peacefully, with his wife Georgetta & daughter Tiffany and family members at his bedside.

This past weekend the team had a fun family event at the Elmvale Curling Club. Everyone got a chance to , had a delicious lunch from Fox's Bakery and Deli. A wonderful time was had even from our youngest participants!!

Last night we walked in support of Youth Haven Canada ! We were happy to have raised a little over $500 as a team!!

This past week Will received his Army Navy and Air Force 35 year service pin along with his Commendation letter from Doug Shipley!
