Hi Everyone!
We'd like to remind you that if you'd like us to keep our mask on for your service after the 21st, you have the option to let us know before your service! Once again- if you are immunocompromised or otherwise uncomfortable with being maskless, please keep your mask on! We are continuing to do our best to look after everyone's health and take necessary precautions.

We have a couple of important notes;
from March 24th-30th the only way to contact the salon will be calling or texting the phone number (705)881-4473. Alexa will be off and will not be monitoring emails, social media accounts (including personal) and will not accept any booking requests during that time. She will be available any time before or after.
We would also like to reassure everyone that we continue to take health and safety seriously. As we begin to slowly merge into a booking structure that is a little more flexible, we will still leave space for those who are uncomfortable entering settings with other people. If you wish to be booked without others in the salon (especially if mask mandates are lifted) we will respect your wishes. Please let us know well ahead of your appointment so that we can make adjustments!

Highlighted hair tends to show the most dimension and texture, even in smooth styles such as this one.
Fine hair doesn’t need to look flat or thin- we have a variety of tools and techniques to help hair look full without relying on hair pieces or extensions- so you can let your hair down once the party starts 😉.

Good evening everyone! We noticed that there’s been confusion regarding the new restrictions. We never stopped booking appointments at 50% capacity, meaning that all of your appointments are completely unaffected!
Please note that when you call/text/email us any time before your appointment that you are sick we do not charge a late cancellation or no-show fee. If you have Covid symptoms please let us know and we’ll happily reschedule your appointment for you!

In light of some recent client feedback, we would like to say that we are, in no way, going to police your vaccine status. We have taken every reasonable measure to protect ourselves and protect our clients and we want to make sure that this remains a safe space. We welcome discussions, but please remember that there are a vast set of circumstances why someone may not be fully vaccinated yet- including some very sensitive medical reasons. We are asking that you mind what sort of statements you make when there are other people present in the salon, as you may be unintentionally making someone who is already suffering feel even worse.
We value all of our clients, and respect everyone's opinion and we share your fears and anxiety about the ongoing public health situation.
This decision was made after much thought and deliberation, we feel it is important to maintain the salon as a safe haven for everyone.
We continue to go above and beyond safety protocols with enhanced cleaning, masking, and social distancing.

We will no longer have client access to the parking lot at the back- a tenant is occupying the apartment upstairs and he needs to be able to get in and out without being blocked in. There is free street parking- including right across the street! Thank you all for your understanding!

Hello everyone!
With the current vaccine trajectory we will likely be opening sometime AROUND the 5th of July. We are going to open our books for July 5th onwards. If we are allowed to open prior to that there is an early call list with those of you who had cancelled appointments in the early weeks. We have attempted to reach everyone from those early weeks- please check your emails and voicemails. If you haven't received a call or email please notify us in your message of the date of your last appointment.
We are asking that you send us a DETAILED email or leave a voicemail. We need your cell phone number/best number to reach you, your availability and what specific services you would like to book. Online booking (for Alexa's clients only will be available), but the self booking service will not be available at this time as we very much need to control the flow and time between appointments.
We are SO looking forward to seeing you all again!!! Thank you all SO MUCH for your support. This has been an extremely challenging time for us (and you guys as well).

You heard right, we are back in red zone. We are now rebooking appointments for those who were scheduled within the week that we were closed. For everyone else, the bookings will resume Tuesday, March 16th.
