The average sale price in Durham Region was $954,942 - this is reduced from May, 2023 but increased from April. And houses are still selling for over asking!

I wrote an offer today for clients on a house in Oshawa. Asking price was $799,900. It had 17 offers on it. We didn’t win. 🙄🤦🏻‍♀️😕

I think the market will be a bit more crazy since the Bank of Canada reduced its interest rate by 25 bps this morning.
