Listen we agree not every set of lash extensions is your fav.

Some of us like a super natural set 🙋🏼‍♀️

Some of us want that voluuummmeeee 👍

We all have our own preferences and that’s ok!

As long as the desired look doesn’t interfere with your natural lash health or cause damage we can customize the look you want :)

Things we won’t do:

🙅‍♀️lengths over 15mm… generally speaking 99% of our clients don’t even go over 12mm

🙅‍♀️we won’t extend more than 4mm longer than your natural lashes… keeps the natural lashes healthy!

🙅‍♀️we don’t use premade fans… it’s not that they are “bad” we just prefer to be able to fully customize the amount of lashes being put into a fan depending on what the clients natural lashes can handle

🙅‍♀️we will NEVER and I mean NEVER offer or condone cluster lashes. ANY type of “extension” that is glued to multiple natural lashes WILL cause lash damage. Repeat this multiple times and you are risking PERMANENT damage 😬

REMINDER

If you have less than 40% of your lashes left it is a New Set not a Refill!

We have been lenient recently in our policy, but especially during the holiday season we are unable to keep it up.

Going forward if you have less than 40% you will need to let us know PRIOR to your appointment day so we can switch you to a full set.

If you do come with less than 40% and have not let us know prior we will try to get you as full as possible in the time we have but you will be charged for a New Set.

A reminder here are a few great ways to help with retention:
-Schedule refills every 2-3 weeks (generally speaking most clients need refills closer to the 2 week mark than the 3 week mark)
-If you are scheduling every 3 weeks you should be scheduling in for an extended refill, which allows for more time
-Cleanse your lashes every night with a lash extension approved cleanser
-Do not pick, rub or pull at your lashes
-Do not apply makeup to the lashes (ie. no mascara)

The holidays are here and our schedules are jam packed and won’t allow for service changes the day of your appointment. It is your responsibility to ensure you have booked in for the correct appointment prior to your time slot.

In addition, please remember that if you are late to your appointment this time will cut into your lashing time. So please ensure you are arriving with additional time to find parking.

As I sit here and write this I am genuinely mind blown it’s been this long. 🤯 When I took my first lash course, I had no real plan or thoughts that this is where I would be 8 years later.

From one little room in my dads house, to a shared office space and then onto a full studio with the best team a girl can ask for. I don’t think there are words that can describe how grateful I am.

We constantly get asked what the difference is between all of the brow permanent makeup options we offer.

Here’s a break down for ya:

Microblading
• done with a handheld blade
• tiny hairlike cuts are placed into the skin and then pigment is rubbed into those cuts
• solely hairstrokes
• colour refreshers needed every 1-2 years approximately

Micro + Ombré
• done with a handheld blade and a tattoo machine
• hairstrokes and shading
• great for adding density where needed in addition to hair strokes
• colour refreshers needed every 1-2 years approximately

Ombré Brows
• done with a tattoo machine
• solely shading
• gives a very makeup look
• colour refreshers are needed every 1-2 years approximately

Nano Brows
• done solely with a tattoo machine
• can be all hair strokes or a combination of hair strokes and shading
• less painful
• colour refreshers are needed every 1.5-2.5 years approximately

Lets chat about fans for a minute…

When it comes to volume lashes, there are a few reasons why they are at a higher price point:

1. Higher Skill Level Needed
2. More Product Used
3. Longer Service Time

Now when it comes to making a fan. It is SO SO important that the fan be of even consistency and the correct amount of lashes are used to not weigh down the natural lash.

The fan on the left:
1. Even Spacing between the extensions
2. Uses an appropriate amount of lashes for most natural lashes
3. Has a nice skinny base to attach to the natural lash

All of these things are what create not only a beautiful set but also a HEALTHY set of lashes.

The fan on the right:
1. Not evenly spaced (which will cause leaning on the natural lash)
2. Using way to many lashes (too much weight)
3. Has a chunky base (that will be irritating on the lash line and cause retention issues)

Ultimately all of these things create an UNHEALTHY set of lashes.

A lot of “lash artists” love to argue that large & inconsistent fans won’t cause issues and are “FINE” but we are here to tell you thats a lie :) Over time you will have lash damage and your lashes will ultimately pay the price.
