Woody Funeral Home-Huguenot Chapel, hosted a motorcycle ride where over 175 motorcycles rode in procession with the ceremonial wreaths to the Virginia Veterans Cemetery at Amelia for National Wreaths Across America Day. The procession was greeted at the cemetery by over 2000 volunteers assisting with the placement of 5500 wreaths on the graves of the fallen heroes interred in that hallowed ground.

Located in Edinburgh, Scotland, Greyfriars Kirkyard is considered the most haunted cemetery in the world. There is an American Flag that hangs in Greyfriars Church, because the church opened the same day the Pilgrims landed in the United States in 1620. In 1970, this flag from the White House was gifted by the American Consul on its 350th anniversary.

Manohar "Mike" Lilaram Vaswani passed away last year from Alzheimer's disease. His final wish was fulfilled when his organs were donated, and his brain tissue was given for Alzheimer's research. Palm Downtown Mortuary and Cemetery and Nevada Donor Network wanted to honor Vaswani with a floragraph, a portrait created out of floral materials.
