Getting high quality brisket that is also halal certified has been pretty tough. The cows are usually older, which lack the fat quality needed for the buttery brisket we strive for. In an effort to meet our standards, we will now be supplying our Mississauga location with high quality, Canadian brisket that has not been halal certified. We truly apologize to our customers who are affected by this, however we still have amazing halal options that definitely get the Food Fight badge of approval 😁🥳👊🏽
