Mach shondesh is one of the classic bengali delicacies. Traditionally a decorative Fish Shondesh platter along with other gift trays are often being exchanged between the bride and groom's families during a Holud ceremony/Haldi night. 💕💖💝

Loved how our first Machh shondesh turned out, cannot wait to keep creating more versions of this.
