✨ Butter Chicken Lasagna – a fusion of creamy, spicy, and cheesy goodness! 🍴 Using KFI Butter Chicken Cooking Sauce, this dish brings a delicious twist to your traditional lasagna. 🥘🌿

Recipe:

Ingredients:

1 jar KFI Butter Chicken Cooking Sauce
9 lasagna noodles
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 lb boneless chicken breasts, diced
1 onion, chopped
2 cups ricotta cheese
2 cups spinach, chopped
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper
Fresh cilantro

Instructions:

Preheat Oven: 375°F (190°C).
Cook Noodles: Prepare lasagna noodles per package instructions.
Cook Chicken: Sauté onion in olive oil until translucent. Add chicken, cook until done. Stir in KFI Butter Chicken Sauce and simmer 10 mins.
Ricotta Mixture: Mix ricotta with spinach, salt, and pepper.
Assemble: In a 9x13 inch dish, layer sauce, noodles, ricotta mix, mozzarella. Repeat layers, ending with sauce and mozzarella. Top with Parmesan.
Bake: Cover with foil, bake 25 mins. Uncover, bake 15 mins more. Cool 10 mins.
Garnish: Top with fresh cilantro.

Tips:

For a vegetarian version, substitute chicken with roasted vegetables.
Serve with garlic naan or a fresh green salad for a complete meal.
