Hello friends! I hope you all had a great summer 🥰 With summer winding down and the school year beginning I will be offering casual babysitting services as well as respite! I have all my checks as well as I have great references if you’re needing. I have done respite for just over two years now, and if you’ve seen my previous posts I have been doing childcare for many years! Please pm if you’re needing any respite services, or if you’re just looking to have some free time for a few hours in the evening away from your kiddos!

Due to some unforeseen circumstances I will be closing the doors of Kaylee’s Childcare. I am only human and will not be tolerating care with no pay, as this has happened on more than one occasion. I won’t be gone forever but for now it’s what is best for me. I appreciate all the love and support given by so many of you, I am excited to see what this next chapter brings me. Kaylee's Childcare is now looking to do care in your home for your little ones. My schedule is very flexible with the hours you are needing as well as my availability. I have worked with children of all ages. I am open to doing days or overnights. I have worked with children who have disabilities such as autism, cerebral palsy etc. There will be a policy and contract that will need to be signed before care starts. I have my child abuse and criminal record check as well as I have my Uris training. If you are interested please message me for further information!

Kaylee’s Childcare has availability to come to your home and watch your children Monday - Friday. Ideally we would do a meet and greet first and figure out if we are the right fit! Since summer is coming I know there are lots of parents looking for care and Kaylee’s Childcare is ready to help! I offer activities to which suit the child’s age. As well as since it’s Summer I like to spend a lot of time outside (weather permitting). I also do a lot of free play. I offer some housekeeping duties as well if interested. teething is hard😴

I have decided to make a wait list for families interested in my childcare services. I can do casual, part time or full time care. My hours are 7am-5:30pm. I do not have my own daycare set up but I am willing to come to your home to watch your children or they can come to mine as I do have a few things for children but not tons yet. I can provide lunch at extra cost if you’re planning on sending them to my place. I have my Criminal Record Check, Vulnerable Sector Check as well as my Child Abuse Registry Check. I am a Child Care Assistant as well as I have worked with children who have disabilities. Since summer time is approaching we will be spending a lot of time outside, wether that means the spray park, going to the park or just playing outside. Please make sure your children are in proper attire according to the weather that day. I know weather can change in a snap of a finger so you may want to pack extra clothing as well if they are coming to my home.

I hate that I am even having to address this again.

I am only one person, I answer my messages from oldest to newest throughout the day. Sometimes I reply later at night because I have had a busy day. I don’t appreciate being spammed messaged or called all hours of the day/night. I will get to you as soon as I can, I have had to set up auto reply messages because there are certain people who cannot comprehend that I, myself am only one person. Did you know that Kaylee's Childcare offers their own car seats so that parents don’t have to transfer theirs, we have car seats from when your child is a newborn all the way until they are in their last years of needing a car seat. It just makes it easier for everyone!

What is your favorite brand of car seat?

With it getting to be warmer out Kaylee's Childcare is taking her little’s out more and more. With that being said some of her little’s can’t walk a far distance or are still too little.

With it being ECE and CCA week I thought i’d make a post. Working with children has been something i’ve always wanted to do, I have loved children and babies especially since I was young, there’s so much more that goes into being a CCA and ECE then just dropping them off at daycare or your childcare. We plan activities to suit the children’s learning needs as well as sometimes we stay up too late working on projects for the children. We get to teach them and watch them learn. We get to be with them and play with them. We get to watch their creativity and personalities transform. My personal favourite thing about being a CCA is watching them learn and grow, watching them meet their milestones at their own pace and watching their little minds work. Children are truly a gift and I am proud to be a CCA.❤️

All about me -

Hi! My name is Kaylee, or Kaylee Raine (that’s what most people call me anyways). I am 19 years old and have been involved in childcare for quite awhile. I am super excited to watch this page grow and see what the future holds. I have 3 cats Wum, Midnight and Zeppelin as well as a French Bulldog named Maggie. I love pasta of any kind as well as anything chocolate. When I am not looking after children I like to spend time with my friends and family as well as my animals.🥰 I come from a family of 5, my momma, my dad, my two little brothers and of course myself! I have always been involved with children and taking care of them as well as my little brothers have always been there so I’ve looked after them also! My favourite color is purple and my favourite thing to do is go on adventures! I have tons of little cousins and I am the first granddaughter on both sides of my family, and I am the only girl grandchild on my dads side🙄. Just kidding I quite do enjoy being the only girl! I love music as well as going to concerts. My favourite band of all time has to be Mötley Crüe and I love anything from the 80’s. I LOVE babies and young children, they seem to be my favorite! I’ve decided to make this page as I’ve had a lot of inquires and can’t keep up with messages on my personal facebook account. I will be offering day services as well as if you’re needing overnight care. I do come to your home so that your child is in the comfort of their own home. I know as summer rolls around parents/guardians will be looking for child care and I know how long those wait lists for daycare can be! I have my current Child Abuse Registry Check, Criminal Record Check, Vulnerable Sector Check as well as I know CPR. I also am a certified Child Care Assistant. Right now I am looking after a 3 year old and his 6 year old sister when she does not have school. I like to offer fun activities such as creative play, outdoor play and fun projects and crafts. Only if your child is interested of course! I have worked with children with disabilities such as cerebral palsy, autism, adhd etc. I have my URIS training as well as I have done respite. I have my license as well and during the summer I like to take the children to play outside, go to the park, spray park etc. I also like to teach the children according to the appropriate age that they are such as numbers, colors the alphabet etc. I have been looking after children for a long time as well as I have two little brothers so I have alot of experience.
