New Cancellation policy (effective as of May 11, 2024)

I would like to kindly remind all of my lovely clients that I hold a 24 hour cancellation policy. It makes it difficult for me to fill last minute cancellations. Bluntly put, I depend on your appointment to bring a pay check home. I do not receive an hourly wage, so if someone no shows me, I'm not getting paid. If you missed an appointment or you are cancelling at the last minute you will be charged 50% of the total of your service(s).

I will not book your future appointment until that amount is paid. I feel this is only fair.

Please also note that if you are 10 minutes late passed your scheduled appointment time, it will be considered a no-show. It’s very important for you to show up on time. 1 late person completely throws off the entire day.

Of course I understand life happens, sickness, things come up etc. Believe me I get it! I am a very understanding person, but the amount of no-shows with no communication at all has been excessive as of late.

Thank you for understanding on this and your continued support of my local small business.

It is super important to make sure you come back to get your Piercing downsized after approximately 2-4 weeks.
The reason you get pierced with a longer sized bar is to accommodate any swelling that may occur from the initial piercing and healing process. Having a piercing swell over the Jewelry is definitely something we want to avoid.
After the swelling goes down, it's important to come back and see me so I can downsize your jewellery so it doesn't end up healing all w***y nilly like the last piercing in the attached photo 😊

Ever taken out a Piercing & regretted it? You'd be surprised at how easy it can be to simply open it back up, without having to re-pierce. I took out my Tongue Piercing years ago & I was very easily able to open it back up 😉
This isn't always the case, but more often than not I am able to re-open old Piercings with the use of one of my Tools called a Taper.
