We had a great time yesterday at the Drives for Lives golf tournament in support of Interval House of Hamilton. Their mission of violence-free lives for all women, children, and communities is an important cause that we are happy to support!!

This past Saturday we attended the 15th Mayor’s Gala in Brantford in support of Nova Vita. Nova Vita works to end interpersonal violence and abuse by supporting individuals and families who have experienced domestic violence, intimate partner violence, or gender-based violence through the provision of crisis intervention, emergency shelter, transitional support, children’s programs, and counselling; and by fostering accountability for those who harm through intervention, counselling, public education, and systemic advocacy. Spreading awareness of the support that is provided by Nova Vita is super important as it can truly save a life.
