Come and explore wild healthful herbs! In this workshop, we will enjoy a guided plant walk, discussing the health benefits of local plants. We will make and sample "Nature Teas". Please bring a sealed thermos with boiled water, a reusable mug and your 6th sense - curiosity! Remember to dress for the outdoors and be prepared for the insects and our tick friends.

Note: Like all medicines, herbs are to be used with discretion and knowledge. If one is pregnant or if one has a medical condition, special care must be exercised. Participants who have plant allergies and are sensitive to plants, must take their own precautions.
