👁L E V E L ¦ U P D A T E CONDOMINIUM FLOORING UPGRADE ___________________________ While everybody was in the streets celebrating the massive parade down town Toronto when the TORONTO RAPTORS won the NBA Champion in the summer of 2019', we were looking down from the 23rd Floor of the Westin Harbour Condominiums off the Queens Quay . We were asked to come in to this clients house to remove a bunch of damaged laminate flooring and, upgrade it with some beautiful 24"x 24" marble tile, transitions & baseboards. Since the baseboards were custom and didn't quite cover the old marks, we'd be back to do the minor touch-ups to clean up & complete the reveal. With staying in compliance & coordination with the buildings super intendent throughout the entire time there, we were told that the process was suprisingly smooth and, that our level of service & professionalism was outstanding. Here @ iLevel, we like to keep our professionalism & workmanship in house. We rarely subcontract out & love to tackle most projects ourselves. We always look for different challenges to adapt & overcome to. With that said, here's another project we did for our new clients Ajitha & Bryan. We went in to do an efficient update to their main bathroom, as well as updating the main area flooring with the matching bathroom floor tile, to carry out the "flow". At the end of the day, we strive to leave no client or customer un satisfied. Brampton Bathroom Renovation
Once again... we take another look back to earlier in the year when we did a total transformation of bathroom in the Peel Village area. We took everything back to the studs, enhanced the insulation and sound proofing, moisture boarded and constructed everything back together. We'd like to thank our clients for putting together the design themselves. They obviously knew exactly what they wanted and was quick to come up with a elegant spa-like retreat themed bathroom vision. The clients are ecstatic about the new bathroom and, they've since hired us back to do some smaller jobs to help update their aging home! #iApproved ✔
