Here's a circumstance where we were hired from a connection through one our past customers. We were brought in to initially remove and replace an exterior door entrance to a garage, which then led to an extended list of "things-to-do" on there list.

Water. We can’t live with it and, we can’t live with out it…An inorganic compound that’s known to be vital for all forms of life as well as reek havoc on the life around us when mother nature takes her coarse.

Infrastructures are one of many areas that get impacted every year and, as a result, cause millions of dollars in damages to individual residences and companies.

This young couple living in a 1940’s semi-detached in the heart of The Junction of Toronto, had a basement leak following one of the provinces' biggest storms on the year back in the fall of 2022’. It was quite apparent that it needed to be addressed and completed immediately prior to Christmas. The iTeam was able to meet their expectations by starting the renovation on short notice and completing it before the deadline they requested.

At the request of the home owners Ben & Liinda, we were asked to come in to demolish, insulate and re-build/update their main bathroom shower; without further damaging and renovating the bathroom to help keep the project within their budget.

At the end of the day, they were left with smiles on their faces and assurance that their newly updated space is done properly and that they’ll be able to enjoy it for years to come!

🤔Is the current layout of your backyard deck just not working for you anymore? Have your priorities and life changed a bit?
🤩No problem! The is here to help tear down or rebuild your existing deck into your dream deck!
Margaret found that she wanted more sitting 🪑and entertaining space on her deck; and that the existing staircase was just a waste of space.
The stripped the existing deck down to the skeleton structure. Added additional blocking and metal braces where necessary and then added 3 new wings onto the deck!
With the additional square footage built off of the original deck, this allowed for the construction of a new privacy wall – 🍗 BBQ Corner; as well as a more senior friendly staircase off to the side to accommodate for her safety.
Installing 6” glass panels in-between the top and bottom rails, insures that Margaret can still enjoy the views of her garden 🌻through the sliding door in the kitchen!
Tackling this project in November meant that Mother Nature threw all🌬 4 seasons at us during construction. No matter the conditions we still managed to demolish and construct this outdoor living space to earn the customer satisfaction!👌

Tired of walking up and down the basement stairs to do their laundry, Jan and George made the decision to give the a call! 📞
Their single car garage already had a partition wall built in, creating a partially insulated and finished interior room. The perfect space to transform into a functional laundry and storage room🧼
Licenced Electricians were called in to remove, clean up and add the appropriate electrical fixtures for this space. While the got to work, ensuring the walls were properly insulated, new laminate flooring installed and the walls aesthetically drywalled and painted.
A secondary lint trap was installed on the dryer vent, so that the customers could ensure little lint was accumulating in their duct lines. A great idea and quick add to any existing laundry room, to ensure clean ducts and reduce a fire risk👌
2 custom murphy tables were built and installed, to optimize mobility and space saving. As well as a ledge and in wall shelving built around the existing central vac pipes.
Once the transformation was complete, Nadia and Ian brought the washer and dryer up from the basement laundry room. Jan was very pleased with her new washing space 😁

We were extremely honoured to help get this condo move in ready for our repeat customers, as we’ve done a couple of projects for them in the past leading to a positive and consistent relationship. They’ve come to the decision of downsizing from a full detached home to this single level 2 bedroom condo in which, we agree works perfectly for their lifestyle going forward!

The last bathroom renovation for 2021 by the homeowners!
Water damage surrounding the tub was the primary reason for this bathroom remodel. Which also affected lower floor joist. Don’t worry we fixed that too!
Once the walls were opened the homeowners decided to swap out their single sliding glass window for a more up to date energy efficient option.
⭐️ New feature on this project were a set of natural wood shelves crafted by our very own .pozz 👉🏼 see story highlights for more details.
With patience and percussion, we were able to give the family a freshly renovated and safe bathroom before the holidays!

Here's a quick peak into a project we started to tackle on our weekends recently to help this homeowner prep their estate to sell.

When initially arriving on scene to assess the job, we quickly noticed a few things of concern as certain aspects of the build were done incorrectly (Quick Example: Joist Directions)

We've been hired and brought in to help fix a few things and bring it up to sub-standard code in order for it to be placed on the market.

The deck had started to undergo a remodel last year in which the contractor was unable to complete the job. Luckily for this home owner, they contacted us at the perfect time.

A week ago today at 12:07a.m., we sadly had to say farewell to our heart and soul, our rock and, our level-headed teammate & mother to our family, Lorna Bal.

She was a woman of infinite wisdom that embraced life for what it was and, woke up each day with enthusiasm, encouragement and determination to help keep our family's health and positivity in check.

Lorna did more than we could have ever asked for by giving us a hand with certain parts of our operation such as being our office receptionist & manager, human resources manager, customer service specialist and most important of all our Mother.

This was a woman who cared more about others than she did about herself, giving back to those less fortunate and expecting nothing in return.

She'll be dearly missed by us as well as our family and people she's gotten close to & helped over the years.

THE "LISLETCH " PROJECT

Quite often we find ourselves being dragged out to a remote destination throughout Central Ontario. In this case, we were asked to come out to Lisle, ON. to help with a hardwood floor installation, re-finishing two staircases along with a few other things on their list.

With the renovation now complete they now have a finished floor, a fresh set of stairs which they can now enjoy for years to come. A sense of relief we're absolutely sure they we're looking forward to. 👌

At the end of the day, we've been asked back to help with an additional project since and, more to come in the future!

If you decide to swap your own tires, MAKE SURE you have your lug nuts torqued correctly and secured in place doing the star step system. Another great tip we were given and like to promote is to always re-check your tires after the first 100-300kms and again around 700-900kms for extra reassurance.

Take it from us, it's better to play it safe than be sorry. 😵

We're taking a moment to look back as well as catch up to speed with posting our projects throughout 2020 and 2021 thus far. If you all haven't noticed, we have dialed back significantly with our online presence over the last while and with that said we do sincerely apologize! We've been extremely busy, keeping our base going as most companies out there at the moment are. We've finally had a brief moment to showcase one of our bathroom renovations that was completed back in 2020.

Since the completion of this renovation, we've managed to sell, complete and satisfy the customer on their next renovation in the meantime in which has led to multiple projects on the go and forgoing into the future. :)
