Walk with us to raise awareness about mental illness and collect pledges to support our much needed peer support programs and services.
There is a growing demand for mental health peer support and we are proud to offer an after hours drop-in program on Saturdays when many other mental health resources aren't available. Attendance at our weekly drop-in has continued to grow which demonstrates the need for weekend programs in our community.
We receive No Funding for our programs and rely on donations, grants and fundraising to provide our much needed services.
We gratefully accept donations, so if you're unable to walk with us on September 21st then please consider donating to support our programs. Show your support as a mental health ally as we continue to offer hope to those struggling with mental illness.

Happy Victoria day.
Thank you Pastor Jon for bringing all the beautiful flowers for mom's. We gifted to 41 people at BL'S FREE FOOD POP UP today. We gifted to two kind ladies last night who happen to be part of a program called HOPE Brant . They shared with participants of their programs. We shared with Soarsie Co op housing pantry that is in partnership with BL's little free pantries. In hopes to make some moms real happy. The stewards of 90 albion pantry shared with their neighbors. Many volunteers got a flower bouquet for mothers day, and more flowers 💐 were gifted to people in other ways through our volunteers.
Compassion ministries thank you for thinking of mom's. It was fun gifting flowers. I know this was something real special.
If you got flowers today, what was your favorite color? My mom liked the purple 💜 ones.
While walking home on Friday evening I had the pleasure of meeting BL. She had no idea that I was a program manager at HOPE. Yet, she kindly gifted both my friend and I with a bucket of tulips! I was so impressed with her generosity, maturity and enthusiasm. She is one amazing teen and I'm looking forward to seeing what the future holds for her.
We distributed the tulips to our Saturday drop in program participants. They were so surprised and grateful. Thank you
Ladybug Creations by BL. You brightened everyone's day!
