We hate doing this but, we have a 24-hour cancellation policy in place to ensure optimum scheduling and fair treatment for all our valued clients. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we are sorry for any inconvenience caused by this policy. However, please note that for appointments, there is a 50% cancellation fee if the appointment is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time. If there is a no show there is a 100% fee. This fee helps us compensate our stylists for their time and effort in preparing for your appointment. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our cancellation policy.
