World Wellness Weekend is an annual global event celebrating wellness with free activities like yoga, fitness classes, and mindfulness sessions, walks, runs, clean up events, sound baths, virtual workshops, lectures, museum experiences and so much more. It aims to promote physical, mental, and emotional health, supporting the goal of Good Health and Well-being for all.

Sept 20: World Cleanup Day
Sept 21: International mindfulness day
Sept 22: Equinox celebrations with various activities.
This global event spans from Fiji to Maui with 8,000 venues in 150 countries. Canada ranks 10th globally, with Winnipeg leading. As Ontario’s wellness ambassador volunteer, I’m calling for more local venues to join us!

Just setting up my booth for the White Countryside Market next weekend and because markets are not something I normally do I needed to stage it first to see how it looks. Also, I wasn’t going to miss out on this show. For one, it’s our gal Amanda, and two, have you seen its amazing lineup? Amanda knows how to throw a show!!!! Since we have a new vintage jewelry room in the spa, I think it’s a great way to launch it alongside all these amazing vendors.
