Reason: Full road reconstruction including replacement of watermain, extension of sanitary sewer, and road resurfacing

Note:
- Through traffic will be maintained
- Local access will be maintained
- Emergency access will be maintained
- Signage will be posted, and a flag person will direct traffic when required
