Meet our Executive Chef - Jeremy Eidt. 👋🏻
Jeremy embarked on his culinary journey in 1997 in his hometown of Guelph, Ontario, where he honed his skills as head chef of Shakespeare Arms. Following his graduation from Conestoga College in 2000, he ventured out west, immersing himself in the art of cuisine as a saucier at the esteemed Chateau Lake Louise in Alberta.

In 2009, Jeremy attained his red seal, marking a milestone in his career, and ventured to Toronto to join Mill St, where he expanded his repertoire by infusing culinary delights with the nuances of beer. Transitioning to Hamilton in 2018, Jeremy assumed the role of executive chef for B -Social Hospitality, elevating dining experiences across multiple restaurant locations.

Now, Jeremy channels his expertise and creativity as the culinary mastermind behind our amazing dishes here at Prime Steak & Raw Bar, where each dish reflects his unique culinary vision and dedication to excellence.
