Don't be this salesperson.

If you switch jobs again, you'll be unemployable.
That was the advice I was given about 7 years ago after speaking with a Recruiter at an Agency.
I called him for guidance/advice.
I had left a 3.5-year role to join a startup that didn't work out.
And I wasn't willing to compromise and wait until it crashed and burned to the ground.
I did get another role.
