Why would you want to participate in a Womb Surround Process Workshop?
That is a good question, after all our early experiences from conception to our early years is a very long time ago and who can remember them anyway. I remember when I was in a pediatric craniosacral training many years ago and the instructor Dr. Michael Shea talked about how our earliest experiences recapitulate throughout our lives. I remember at the time I just couldn’t see it. And then it hit me like a ton of bricks…I could see it everywhere in the experiences I drew to me in my life and how I responded to them. I had been searching for a long time and this was definitely providing answers.
Ater studying this work and going through my own healing process I am very excited to support others.
As we implant into the womb we come into our first relationship……with our mother. If you are a twin that is your first relationship and your mother is second.
How that relationship goes affects all relationships that come afterwards. We live in a society where there are many interventions in the birth process and all too often babies are taken away from their mother for a period of time. This can be a terrifying experience for a newborn whose survival is dependent on the mother. Even in best case scenarios birthing is a big deal and can be overwhelming for tender nervous systems.
Our fist experiences set up the way that our autonomic nervous system responds to stressful situations.

I am offering a Womb Surround Process Workshop December 8-10. This is a very unique opportunity and my friend and colleague Cristina Groetsch is coming from Spain to lead the workshop.
A 'Womb Surround' Process Workshop is a small group format developed and refined by Raymond Castellino beginning in 1992. It creates a safe, welcoming environment in which to explore early imprinting from preverbal life that is affecting your present life.

Christina Groetsch who studied directly with Ray is coming to lead the workshop and I will be assisting.
Christina and I have been meeting weekly for months to prepare.
I am curious as to who is meant to be there.
What does your body tell you as you read this.
Like many of you I spent many years trying to understand my own nervous system.
