Iβve experienced many deep traumas. I have lived in a place of suffering, sacrifice, and scarcity. I used to wonder why life had to be so hard. Why were some people so lucky and why wasnβt I?
I was depressed and lacked the will to live.
At the time, I was trying to figure out how I could take back control of my life.
Yet, I was struggling with feeling defeated by life. I felt beaten down & trapped. And I was getting more & more scared that I would be stuck in this state of existence forever.
Then the bottom fell out from under me when my life was threatened.
There I was, in pure isolation, penniless, alone, and scared for my next life-giving breath.
One morning I was left alone in the small apartment, sobbing on the floor. It was then that I called out to God. As my body shook, I fully surrendered to HIS divine will.
At that point, everything changed!
