January is a new year and new beginnings. Please stay tuned for exciting new happenings at the Relaxation Room in 2022.
Stay safe everyone, get vaccinated to protect ourselves and our loved ones, and I look forward to reopening as early as possible as the calendar rolls over to 2022.

During this time of uncertainty we must all try to stay safe and be actively practicing Social Distancing. We long for our lives to return to a level of normalcy...this will happen in time. In the meantime I am making face masks to protect us and I can create a small supply of hand sanitizer. If you are in need of any of these items, please contact me and I will try to meet your needs during this crisis. Once our Social Distancing regulations have been lifted, I will be practicing Reiki, Therapeutic Touch and Aroma Touch Massages to support the transition to a new and better life. Stay safe everyone.

Some very sound advice I learned today regarding the COVID-19. 1) Most importantly, wash your hands, and wash your hands again, and again.... 2) Drink water, or a drink of some sort every 15 minutes, as the virus starts in your throat, and the drink will not allow it to sit there, if it is present and waiting to pounce. Our stomach acid will kill the germs once swallowed..Do not use ice cubes as it can encourage the virus to stick in your throat.There is some debate if gargling mouthwash will help avoid the virus, a personal decision, but not to be given to children under the age of 9 yrs. If you cannot find any hand sanitizer in your local store, I have several bottles of essential oil hand sanitizer available for those in need. Stay safe everyone 💞😷🙌
