BCB members have been getting into the holiday spirit over the last two weeks, with performances in the Burlington Candlelit Stroll, Flamborough Santa Claus Parade, and Burlington Santa Claus Parade! Thank you to all the band members and their relatives who volunteered their time.

BCB's first performance of the summer was at the Bereaved Families of Ontario Butterfly Release. The first outing for our new summer uniforms! We were honoured to contribute our music to the .scr again this year. Thanks to all who came out to support this great cause!

BCB is putting out a general call for percussionists - we have several summer gigs and would love to have you join us and try out our ensemble. We are an open ensemble for all instruments and anyone is welcome to join us - however, percussionists are in short supply!

On Sunday April 2nd, several BCB members participated in the McMaster Alumni Band Concert to celebrate 50 years of the . These BCB members are all proud McMaster Concert Band or Jazz Band alumni.

Our Concert for tonight has now been CANCELLED

From BCB President Steve Hewis:

"It is with sad news that I need to reverse the decision, and cancel tonight's concert. There are just too many people backing out, that it's not going to work. If you can, spread the word."

At the moment there are no plans to reschedule this show, but that may come at a later date. Sorry for the conflicting messaging.

Due to the potential weather challenges tomorrow, unfortunately we have made the difficult decision to postpone the concert to *March 10, 2023*. The concert will still be in the same location at the same time: Grace United Church starting at 7:30.

If you have your tickets, they are still valid for next week.

Any ticket holders who unable to attend will have their fees refunded in full. Please contact [email protected] if you need a refund.

The BCB and KooGle Theatre Company hope to see you there!

Rehearsal is Now Cancelled: Given the downturn in the weather, we've now decided to cancel tonight's rehearsal to ensure the safety of the members. Please use tonight to run through the concert order and work on the areas where you need the most work. Be safe, and we'll see you on Friday.
