This is Tara- the face behind it all!

Taking after her father, Tara started in the catering world as a teenager - and quickly turned it into her life long career + passion. Although this little company feels not so little anymore, you can still catch Tara helping out at events, in the kitchen, and wherever is needed. You may even call her the backbone of Millcroft Catering!

What started off as one golf course, has turned into two golf courses, a corporate kitchen, being a preferred vendor at several locations as well as maintaining a strong presence in the offsite catering world. We are so lucky to have Tara as our fearless leader, as we continue to grow 🌷

Meet Lauren!

Lauren has been with our company for the last 6 years, wearing many different hats. She went to school for Event Planning and Coordination while growing within our company. When she’s not coordinating events or managing our Millcroft Golf Course location , you can find her creating balloon arches 🎈. We are super lucky to have Lauren and everything she brings to our team!

This is Kirstie! She has been on our team for the last 15 years, in a variety of roles…started as a cart girl now she’s here!

Her first home was at Millcroft, managing the staff, members and events. She then dove into the wedding world and started booking and coordinating weddings offsite. Currently she is managing our Hamilton location - Beverly Golf & Country Club as well as our sister company Blooming Decor.

Kirstie believes every moment (big + small) is worth celebrating 🤍

It’s Lily’s first season with Millcroft Catering and we absolutely adore her. Lily is a certified wedding planner, and has meshed quickly with our team. Her attention to detail is next to none, and her positive attitude is one we want at every event!

Meet Grace! 👋🏻

Grace is our Assistant Food and Beverage Manager and also Manager of Administration! She is the reason we can operate at such high volumes, as she keeps the machine moving behind the scenes. Grace also keeps us all organized, and is a valued member of Millcroft Catering!

It’s about time we re-introduce ourselves, this is our Executive Chef + Co Owner Mike! 👋🏻

Mike has been in the industry for 28 + years, and has been part of the Millcroft Catering team since 2007. He has a wide range of skill and experience ranging from hotel and corporate to weddings and special events.

Mike believes in the “fresh is best” mentality, while curating dishes around local ingredients focusing on bold flavours and quality. We are so lucky to have Mike lead our culinary team across our company!
