Unfortunately, I recently had a customer who cut contact with me after I shipped her order and she stated she would send the funds but never did. 🙃 I gave her the benefit of the doubt and maintained contact but never got a reply. Two days after my customs have shipped to her address, still didn't receive the payment. I am still clinging to the hope that this is a misunderstanding and that she is okay, but I feel like that would be naive? I guess I have trouble separating my usual trusting personality with the attitude of someone running a business🤷‍♂️ I would just like to say to all my past customers and future customers, I am so grateful for you and if I do request a deposit I am just growing and learning to do what is best for my small business. So, thank you for understanding! Looking forward to meeting new people and making your custom sneaker dreams a reality 🥰

How I come up with my prices...

The steps it usually takes to create a quality custom pair of sneakers...

30 mins to 45 mins of sneaker prep. (Taping, sanding and stripping factory coating off the sneakers)

Meticulous paint work that can take up to 5 or 8 hours. I usually coat the sneakers 4 to 6 times with very thin strokes to ensure the paint will adhere to your sneakers. As painting in one thick coating will cause paint to crack/peel especially if the shoes were not prepped😱 (No one wants that!)

As you can see from a quick Google search, custom sneakers are not cheap. I have made my pricing very affordable these past few weeks, but will be making small adjustments. Probably by adding another $5 to $10 dollars to my totals. This is just my polite heads up as to why you may notice some pricing changes. Still, even with the price change, I believe my prices are still the most practical and affordable around.

I am a perfectionist and I take time on your customs to ensure the art is protected and with a design you love. I will still try my best to accommodate your budget as I do want you to be able to get the customs you love. However, that may mean adjusting the type of sneakers we use as your base shoe or changing the coverage on the shoes. Thank you for your support!
