脆皮卡士達泡芙

經過多次改良，終於做出不會太甜，不會太膩的脆皮泡芙，冷凍後吃像酥皮冰淇淋，真的好好吃喔😋 雖然製作泡芙很多工，但是看(吃)到一顆顆的美味泡芙時，覺得滿足又有成就感。

割包
想念台灣味，在卡加立買到的割包都好小，吃不過癮，所以我們自己動手做，從麵包皮到裡面的料都自己做，再搭配自己調製的辣醬，美味極了! 😋

蛤蜊濃湯
前幾天晚上我們做了一道溫暖的湯品，用新鮮蔬菜和雞骨熬湯底，加上蛤蜊的鮮，嗯~真是令人滿足。不過，我們覺得真正最好喝的時候是冰過夜後，味道更濃郁，更融合。
