Had a client that after replacing the rotten face board on the deck, all the railing was rotten as well. To save on some cost the spindles were still in good shape so they were able to be reused. Another happy client.

When a great client needs a deck for the community clubhouse refinished and new stairs built we come through.

A little kitchen reno started. Next is counter tops and tile.

Do you have damaged laminate or vinyl plank floor boards that need fixing? Handyman Genie can remove the single damaged board and replace with a new one. I had a hole in my kitchen floor where when the house was built they drilled a hole to run an electrical wire. It was hidden as there was a cabinets there until I removed the cabinets and was left with the hole. I needed to remove the one board in the middle of the kitchen and replace with one from the leftovers. Wouldn’t even know there was a problem

Customer bought solid 1 3/4” maple with the top shelf being 8” wide and the bottom 10” wide to use as floating shelves. After sourcing brackets from Amazon the fun begins. Mounting 2 shelves in the kitchen and two in a bar nook, having to locate studs through the tile and then drill holes through the tile leaves no room for error. Customer is happy and shelves installed.

Built a new gate for a customer. They had a small picket gate which wasn’t keeping the dogs in or safe. They wanted a sturdy gate with an insert decorative touch. Another happy customer!!

A client was wanting to put some privacy screens up around their patio and make an area for a fire pit to feel more private and shield from the neighbors. Handyman Genie came through and build these structures out of cedar. Another happy customer.

Handyman Genie was tasked to build a wall and install a door to close off a hallway in order to make a new room. Another happy client and job success.

Customer was wanting to add some depth to her plain flat white doors. Handyman genie came through and added some 1/4 thick trim boards to make a shaker look. Once painted they will look fantastic.

Been a great busy start to the year. Just a few of the projects accomplished. New shower doors installed, bathroom drywall work, and some garden furniture refinished.

Customer wanted a custom Brachiation ladder for their kids. Another happy customer.
