✨ Have you ever wished you could ice a pretty cookie?! It’s simpler than you think, and I would love to teach you how.

Now that the world is opening back up 😉 I’m trying to gauge interest in a hands-on cookie decorating workshop. Here’s the details:

⭐️ Held in my personal kitchen, space for up to 12 people. (Which means hello awesome girls night out!)
⭐️ 1-2 hours because you can’t rush learning (or icing dry time 💨)
⭐️ You would learn all about royal icing: thickness and colouring.
⭐️ Learn basic techniques that every pro uses like how to fill a cookie, make straight lines and layer.
⭐️ We’d create the designs pictured above and you’d head home not only with yummy cookies but new skills to create your own cookies for your next event!

Have you ever tried a macaron? I’m not talking about the store bought, Costco special or stale ones full of preservatives. Real, fresh French macarons.

Honestly I always thought they were gross myself. Turns out I was WRONG! These are our French Vanilla macs that melt in your mouth and have the most amazing chewy texture. Did I mention they are gluten free?

They’ll definitely be a permanent item on our menu…I mean if I can keep my family from eating them first. Good luck! 😉

🍋 Lemon Merengue Pie Macarons with homemade lemon curd, tiny meringue drops and candied lemon.

Let’s talk frosting on a sugar cookie. Are you team buttercream or team royal icing?

I have to say RI gets a bad rep, but it CAN taste good and it looks amazing! Which is why I use it for my cookie kits.

But buttercream…yum.

So I decided to make a signature sugar cookie decorated with buttercream that can be ordered year round! My secret sugar cookie recipe with my creamy whipped buttercream! Wooo 🙌
