Genmaicha

Genmaicha is mixture of green tea and whole roasted rice. It is well known for its deep taste, sweet and toasty roasted rice flavor. The mixture balances the astringency of green tea with nutty flavor of roasted rice.

Brewing Guide:

- Bring fresh pot of water to boil.
- Fill your teapot with two tablespoons of Genmaicha
- Pour the boiled water immediately (400ml) into your teapot
- Allow your tea to steep for about 30 seconds
- With a tea strainer placed over your teacup, pour the brewed tea in. Ensure that the tea is poured until the last drop.

Sencha Okumidori – Organic

Okumidori Sencha is a well-rounded tea cultivar with no serious flaws. It may be processed into Matcha and Gyokuro as desired.

Okumidori has a less bitter taste but rich in umami taste. The natural sweetness of this variety is further emphasized by its deep jade green color when brewed.
