This past weekend I was nominated to share gratitudes. Gratitudes is a cornerstone to getting rich, getting wealth, building great relationships, and creating the amazing health that your body so rightly deserve.
1. My favourite gratitudes this weekend are the amazing experiences that I received from so many amazing people, sharing in amazing food, conversations, reconciliation and love. Wow, every single day.
2. I am grateful for the Jeep Gladiator, which makes driving so much fun, as Lenny and I sing out loud, with the wind blowing through our hairs, and feeling the amazing sense of freedom.
3. I am grateful for this platform, to continue sharing in all my love for what is being brought into mine and Lenny's lives. Thank you thank you thank you.
Instead of nominating specific people, I challenge all of you to comment on these posts and share your own gratitudes. And if you don't know what gratitude looks like (being its a cornerstone to amazing living), we have opened up our Monday afternoon classes in sharing what gratitudes and positive fill-ups look like, so you can manifest the most amazing life that you've ever dreamed of. Great brain-storming today in our sweet DbD for us. Lenny and I would love to share a hike up Sulphur Mountain in Banff with you on one day, either Saturday the 14th or Sunday the 15th, or Saturday the 21st or Sunday the 24th, weather permitting (I'm not a slippery rain hiker).
What this looks like is meeting at Banff Sulfur Mountain early, between 9-10 am, hiking up the mountain (takes us approximately 1.5 hours) and then choosing to picnic, enjoy the views, and then you can either choose to ride the gondola back down or walk with us back down the mountain (approximately 45 minutes on the downhill).
Next is a nice soak in the sulfur springs at the base there, if you choose. We love it to relax our muscles. And then off the Banff Centre to walk down the stores and take it all in, and then for a nice dinner/dunch, which could be a barbecue, or a restaurant meal.
If this sounds like something you want to do with us, we'd love to have a great time with you. ONLY positive mindsets apply. So you can definitely bring your great friends/families, and please let them no, we are only of positivity and no negative complaining will be part of it.

The Story of Lenny & Michelle
In 2006, Lenny and Michelle met for the first time. They were so close in their personalities that they knew they had an instant connection. They were serious about being together. But with one small issue - they both communicated in different languages, different self awareness, different love languages, different gifts and talents... and they started their journey of building a successful relationship from scratch. Even though they were much older when they married, they knew that how they communicated together would be the foundation to their lives.
After numerous wins and losses in their marriage, they finally were able to get to the same page, communicating with each other from a place of love and self-ownership. This alleviated all conscious fears they had so they really could get to that place of intimacy that is only shown in cartoon fantasies. Even though they were able to make it to this amazing place, it felt as if one thing was missing... something from their past histories was still driving their subconscious to dictate how they would interact together.
Now they’ve found the secret to releasing limiting programs and patterns of behaviour so they can really start their lives together. This easy deep release is a technique called SRT (Subconscious Release Technique), an easy breathing technique. As they continue to release all limiting programs from within, Lenny and Michelle are able to move themselves, their relationship, their business(es), monies, wealth, service, health and all areas of their lives, forward into the next amazing phase.
