This vicious cycle of ill-patterned movements will eventually push us into PAIN. Is a muscle tight? What is causing that muscle to be tight? What is it trying to stabilize?

Amidst this crazy time, there is always something you could be doing to keep your body moving! Everything you use to do at the gym, surprisingly, could also be done at home with a few simple modifications!

Did you know weight-bearing and resistance exercises are best for your bones? Now that we have all of this time in self-isolation, let's work on beating other diseases (i.e. Cardivascular Disease, Osteoporosis, etc) that we KNOW we can PREVENT! .
