While the upper walk out deck was the low maintenance vinyl membrane, the remainder of the decking was completed with Prime+ in the Sea Salt grey colour!

A simple facelift goes a long way 🤍

This second story walkout deck was upgraded from aged vinyl and wood stairs to Prime+ composite decking in Coconut husk colour throughout! We switched up the railing to white aluminum picket everywhere and OH LA LA, a simple facelift is all this beauty needed! The platform at the bottom makes a huge difference to the overall appearance, as well provided a safe transition to the basement living area.

We know this space is going to be used a lot this summer and we wish these homeowners many wonderful memories for years to come 💙
