Coconut Mango Lime Layered Chia Pudding
• 3 tbsp YIAH Coconut Mango Lime Balsamic Vinegar
• 4 tbsp YIAH Key Lime Dukkah
• 1/4 cup chia seeds
• 1 cup coconut milk (or coconut water or half coconut cream/coconut water)
• 2 cups frozen mango, thawed

Directions:
Mix coconut milk with Coconut Mango Lime Balsamic Vinegar. Add to the chia seeds and stir well. Wait 15 minutes, stir again and leave for a minimum of one hour or overnight. Mash or blend the mango. Layer chia mix, mango and dukkah twice. Top with extra diced mango and dukkah.
