Hi Calgary! My name is Blair Browne and I am the Head of Specialty Finance at StraightLine Kia.
I'm passionate about my job because being a man that has had a second chance in life, working in the subprime or nonprime department allows me to give back to people who I can relate to.
It allows me to see that sparkle in their eye when I'm able to tell them yes, they've been able to get approval, rather than having the door shut on them as they've been shut on me before in the past.
I like the opportunity that when customer comes in to see me, they're working with me from front to end rather than working with the traditional way of seeing a salesman and then also seeing a finance manager.
My job has me coming to work and being the first person here and sometimes being the last person out the door.
