Here is the latest information for all our FibroFOCUS™ programs:

1- Our 8-week program in September 2023 is full.
2- Our 8-week program in February 2024 still has space!

For our FibroFOCUS™ Essentials program:

A- The next weekend version of FibroFOCUS™ Essentials with space is July 22, 23, 29, and 30. It's 16 hours of group care on Zoom spread over four weekend days.

B- The next weekday version of FibroFOCUS™ Essentials with space is August 14-18. It's the same 16 hours of group care on Zoom spread over five weekdays.

Lots of people asking when the next weekday group starts. FibroFOCUS™ Weekday Version is an 8-week program on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. The next group starts June 20, 2022, and there is still time to join. We are going through referrals from your physician as quickly as possible, and the entire program is provided at no cost. FibroFOCUS™ has found its new home! Thanks to Wendy Coombs, Jordan Cuninngham, Eli Da Silva, and the entire team for such a warm welcome. The 8-week group program now continues primarily on Zoom.

Thanks to so many for their support as we successfully launched the Fall 2021 FibroFOCUS™ program today on Zoom. After the one-week trial, we will distribute the Fitbit® activity trackers, HeartMath® biofeedback sensors, and the SMART manuals from the Benson Henry Institute. For referrals that come in soon, we will do our very best to still make a spot for you in the Fall program.
