Heading on some time away. The most important is the 3 weeks end of December-Beginning of January! I will be setting up a table in the Apothecary on December 21st, if you want to stock up and pick up Christmas baking this would be a good time to stock up!!! I MAY bake until the 23rd, but I will have to play that a bit by ear!

Since I can’t do the Market this weekend, but people wanted donuts, I will make them on Thursday! So Donut pop up!!! Mini donuts! Cinnamon Sugar or Apple Fritter! 12 donuts for $10. Today is our 21st anniversary. Many of you have met (either at markets or meeting him at his office in Westsprings) and so many of you comment to me about how great he is! I have to agree!! He has embraced this crazy venture with me! He is the dishwasher, the runner and most importantly the muscle! The other day he unloaded 275lbs of various bags of flour from my vehicle! I am so blessed that I get to do this life with him!!

These!!! These are Dairy Free, Egg Free! The dough is refined sugar free (the cinnamon sugar sprinkle, is not). These are Yeast Free! These are made in the traditional Sourdough manner! They WILL be at on Sunday and .lokal Gluten Free Market in Marda loop on the 12th! Sourdough Gluten Free Donut holes!!!

The reviews from today’s Samples have came back very positive! I will continue to work on them, but markets could see some Gluten Free Sourdough Donuts!!! Dairy free and made with the best ingredients!!!

This is so fun!! I got a call from a lady who wanted to bring some bread bowls for an event but could not find them any where!!! So in Lisa fashion- I said “I can do that”! So, here they are and I am in LOVE! They are the cutest things!! So if anyone needs bread bowls….. I am your girl!!!!

Turkey rub (from ) flavoured bread is back on the menu! This bread is amazing in your turkey stuffing for Thanksgiving! I will be making some stuffing cubes out of it as well! This elevates your stuffing!! Sourdough stuffing! Mmmmm (Photo is for attention, the bread is not shaped like a turkey)
